If you order before 3 p.m. on weekdays, you can expect your order to be delivered to you the next day. Shipping is free unless otherwise specified. Delivery is done by our partner DHL.

First, check your track and trace, which you will receive from DHL. If you can’t figure it out please contact our customer service department.

The moment you are not satisfied with your product you can return it to us. This can be done with any carrier. The cost of this is at your own expense. At the time your product is defective (delivered) we will pay the shipping costs. For this, it is best to contact us. We will then provide a return label.

We may deliver your order to you in multiple packages. You will receive a track and trace number for each package. Haven’t received your order after a few days of shipping? If so, please contact our customer service department.

If you order your package on weekdays before 15:00, in most cases we will deliver the package to your location the next day (Sundays excluded). In some cases, it may take a little longer, such as holidays.
